We specialize in assisting students to study abroad, Student Advisory, Career Management, and Employment Advisory and Placement services, empowering individuals to achieve their academic and professional goals. We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Passage Education team in a full-time capacity office based. This role provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, graphic design, social media management, and website development. The position offers a chance to contribute to initiatives that enhance brand visibility, engage our diverse audience, and support the organization’s mission. Key Roles and Responsibilities • Design creative and engaging marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. • Develop and maintain content calendars for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring alignment with marketing goals. • Publish and manage organic content across social channels to enhance audience engagement. • Collaborate on the creation and execution of email campaigns (EDMs), including list management and database updates. • Assist with organizing corporate events and sponsorship activities to promote the brand. • Update and maintain the company website using WordPress and Elementor, ensuring content is optimized and current. • Support brand initiatives with graphic and digital assets to drive lead generation. To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva. • Familiarity with social media marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and content management tools like WordPress and Elementor. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and fluency in Khmer. • Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities. • A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a passion for creative marketing.
