On the ground floor we will have our own coffee shop, 1st floor will be Hanuman Film and the two top floors will be Hanuman Travels new home. Free lunch and a couple of cold drink in our very own coffee shop will be included in an attractive salary package. Hanuman Travel is open for applicants for all departments but is pleased to announce that we are currently actively seeking experienced staff for the following position: Junior Operation Officer based in Phnom Penh Office. Duties & Responsibilities: - Record the booking on the spreadsheet - Reconfirm guide and driver about their service such as client’s arrival time, etc. - Check daily operations, client arrival, and departure. - Transfer clients from airport to hotel and hotel to airport when required. - Meet the guide to talk about the itinerary - Deal with problems related to operation, guides, or driver. - Booking transportation for clients and tour service for quests - Clear payment for suppliers, cars, and guides. - Prepare various documents in Khmer for submission to authority - Check vehicles by using the vehicle checklist and other related forms. - Handle the checklist to guide and follow up. - Other responsibilities by the Operation Manager. Job Requirement: 1. Male/Female 2. Honest, friendly, flexible, and willing to work hard. 3. Good at communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 4. Bachelor's Degree in tourism and hospitality management will be a plus 5. Knowledge of tourism in the Mekong Region would be a distinct advantage. 6. Computer literacy (Windows, Word, Excel, Access, the Internet, and email). 7. Good command of English and others will be an advantage. 8. Able to work as a team member and work independently where required.
