Job Responsibilities:
- Visit clients for outdoor activities to approach more targets and accompany customers who visit OMH.
- Research potential tenant list as well as build more networks through local and international.
- Well-managed existing tenants at OMH to make sure everything goes well and smoothly.
- Raising any issues and ideas to solve any problem among team and monitor all leasing process and guide tenants about the building operation in order to make tenant well-understand about the service and procedure.
- Market research/analysis the price and service from other towers and research on up-to-date marketing environment and competitors.
- Preparing and managing marketing advertisements, especially on social
- Responsible for developing and maintaining a must-win customer list, and event planning, organizing
- Strongly cooperate with Property Management for smooth and affectively daily work.
- Prepare weekly and monthly report.
- Any other tasks are to be assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications or any related field.
- At least 1 year experience in Leasing/Sale or any related field
- Proficient knowledge of real estate industry, property principles and relevant legislation.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

Working Hours:
- Full-Time
- 8:00AM to 5:00PM
- Monday to Saturday
- Eight (8) hours per day
- Forty-eight (48) hours per week
- Lunch break 12:00PM to 1:00PM
