Job Responsibilities: - Able to install and maintenance all MEP & ACMV systems in the building. - Able to operate fire alarm & Firefighting system. - Able to operate the generator. - Knowledge of MEP and ACMV system in building. - Knowledge of Chiller room and HAU control. - Able to control all daily check list reports. - Solve all work order requests and keep records. - Able to solve all work order requests from management, owner, and tenants. - Able to prepare purchase order equipment and tools list to Management. - Able to operate all system like, firefighting system, Fire alarm system, and Access door control system. - Multiple work as assigning from management as real requirement. Job Requirements: - At least 1 years’ experience in maintenance or any related field. - Strong knowledge of the hazards involved in the occupation, and the safety precautions to take. - Interior finishing work (the final stages of construction within a building, such as painting the walls, installing floor coverings, and fitting fixtures are completed) - Ability to troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions. - Can Speak English. - Good work ethic. - Attention to detail.
