_ Manage the Operation & Maintenance of the plant to meet financial goals. - Implement improvements that would specifically raise plant efficiency. Examples would include a reduction in forced outages, electrical consumption, consumable items, spare sparts and other cost saving measures. - Overall responsibility for O&M works safety including review and approval of inductions, safety briefings, control of permits, Risk Assessments, SWMS and JSA review. - Responsible for managing operational and maintenance programs, subcontractor, contractors, suppliers activities and budgets for solar terms entering the Operations and Maintenance Phase through to completing the Defects Liability Period. - Scheduling work to complete planned and responsive maintenance. Managing defects work efficiently. - Liaising with internal stakeholder such as, all site managers, member of procurement, legal, accounting, admin & HR, and external stakeholders is also fundamental to the role, including OEM, government sectors, ect. - Grounds maintenance (mowing, cutting, spraying, weed management, pest management, erosion management and environmental audits). - Solar module cleaning, Electrical maintenance utilizing, Infrastructure maintenance, Comms/SCADA maintenance, Thermography, OEM management e.g., manufacturer service, and warranty claim procedures.
