Key Responsibilities: -Assisting with all leasing activities including scheduling appointments, conducting tours, preparing and organizing lease paperwork. -Communicate effectively with prospective and current tenants in person, over the phone and by written correspondence (email, website). -Engaging tenants and prospective tenants using contests, pictures, and social media. -Encourage resident retention and strengthen the community by planning and participating in resident and community events. -Event planning with local vendors and venues to organize fundraisers, promotional events, resident appreciation events, and resident referral events. -Direct marketing to local businesses, universities and shops. Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field -Minimum 1 year of working experience in marketing -Proficiency in MS Office applications -Experience in creating visually engaging, brand-aligned content -Experience working with Cambodian media influencers, and opinion leaders is a plus.
