π What You'll Do:
-Create and grow a unique skincare brand.
-Plan and execute exciting marketing campaigns.
-Manage our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and engage with our community.
-Collaborate with influencers and beauty bloggers.
-Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
π‘ Who We're Looking For:
-Creative, resourceful, and tech-savvy individuals.
-Skilled in social media management, content creation, and basic graphic design (Canva or Photoshop).
-Knowledge of digital marketing tools like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
-Familiar with Cambodian trends and customer preferences.
-Strong communication and multitasking skills.
π Qualifications:
-2-5 years of marketing experience (beauty or skincare preferred).
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
-Passion for skincare and beauty is a bonus!
