What We're Looking For We're seeking a Marketing Assistant with a genuine passion for yoga, social media, and building authentic connections. You'll play a vital role in expanding our brand's reach and engagement, primarily through social media and influencer marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and an eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities Manage and cultivate relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to create engaging content and expand our brand's reach. Support the development and execution of social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). Create, schedule, and publish compelling online content for the company's social media accounts and website. Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights for optimization. Assist with marketing operations support, including preparing reports, updating databases, and organizing marketing materials. Collaborate with the marketing team on content ideas, campaigns, and promotional activities. Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed. Support on special projects, events, or partnerships. Additional duties as determined. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Demonstrated experience or strong interest in social media management and influencer marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a proactive, "can-do" approach. Familiarity with the yoga or wellness industry is a plus.
