Job Responsibility • Event Planning: Assist in the planning, coordinating, and executing various events, such as Training, Partner Gathering, and Company Trip. • Vendor Management: Research, negotiate, and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure the best services and pricing. • Budget Management: Help develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses stay within limits while maximizing event quality. • Logistics Coordination: Oversee venue setup, catering, audio-visual needs, and transportation arrangements. • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels, including social media and print materials. Assist with the overall plans and activities of the supervisor and manager. • On-Site Coordination: Ensure smooth execution of events on-site, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring that all elements run according to plan. • Post-Event Evaluation: Preparing PoE report, analyzing event success, and suggesting improvements for future events.
