Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth. Oversee marketing channels to identify opportunities for reaching target customers effectively, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sales goals. Marketing Planning • Establishes marketing goals to ensure market share and profitability of products and/or services. • Develops and executes monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans and budgets. Marketing Team Management • Check and manage marketing team members to ensure all marketing campaign goes smoothly as planned • Manage the progress of weekly content planning and content creation • Conduct meetings with all marketing members. Research and Innovation • Research new social media concepts, market trends, and customer behavior. Marketing Strategy • Work directly with the Chief Executive Officer to prepare a strategy for the next marketing campaigns Advertisement Monitoring • Check and manage social media ads according to monthly plan and budget • Check updates on all the company’s social media platforms. Communication • Communicate with customers to determine their needs and interests • Work with agency/supplier/corporate business to ensure the marketing campaign and event go smoothly Market Survey & Analyze • Measure the result of Marketing activity and Sales result • Keep track of marketing activities of competitors both off-line and on-line • Work closely with other departments to ensure the marketing campaign and content creation go as planned Training and Development • Provide training to all marketing members and other departments if necessary, Report & Evaluations • Prepare a report for competitor marketing activities and promotions • Create an annual summary report for overall activities and submit it to the Chief Executive Officer
