Core Responsibilities

Market Research: - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. - Analyze competitor strategies and consumer insights to inform marketing plans. 4. Content Creation: - Oversee the creation of engaging content for digital platforms, print materials, and social media. - Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. 5. Performance Analysis: - Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools. - Prepare reports to communicate results and provide actionable insights for improvement. 6. Budget Management: - Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. - Track expenses and analyze ROI for marketing initiatives. 7. Stakeholder Communication: - Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts. - Present marketing strategies and results to senior management and stakeholders.
Professional Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools. - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in data analysis and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM tools). - Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
