Job Title: Marketing Supervisor
Location: Phnom Penh
Reports To: Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
The Marketing Supervisor leads the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role involves supervising a team, coordinating with sales and creative departments, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and develop marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Explore and create contents including writing script and work with media team to produce digital media contents and other marketing materials.
Supervise and mentor marketing team members
Research and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging
Track campaign performance and prepare reports to marketing manager.
Organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launches
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Experience in Electronic Products field is preferable.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Skills video editor and some graphic design
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia Boeng Prolit, Prampir Meakkakra, Phnom Penh
