Primarily supervises front office team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations for producing excellent feedbacks and guest satisfaction. Responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests by providing accurate and timely information and services. You will also ensure hotel charges are processed diligently to guest's accounts, invoices are accurate, billing instructions are verified, all necessary supporting bills and vouchers are attached for direct settlements. Job Description: - Organize and manage the reception counter with tact and diplomacy. - Check on appearance, discipline and efficiency of receptionists. - Responsible for the daily operations at the Reception Counter. - Prompt and courteous service at all times - Co-ordinate with other sections of the Front Office and other Departments in the hotel. - Supervise & Co-ordinate well activities at the reception counter - Ensure security measures are taken in the handling of room keys. - Guest information in the computer system. - Checking of Registration cards and control - Handling of Cash Advance or Deposit by guest upon check in. - Keep strict control on the operation of the Computer System and its peripherals - To improve on guest service standards. - Responsible for the equipment and tidiness at the counter. - Prepare police Report - Keep strict control all visitors - Another task which assigned by FO Manager Job Requirement: - Minimum one-year supervisory experience preferred; - Able to work at the night shift - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Proven leadership and organizational skills - Working knowledge of hotel management systems - Able to multitask and prioritize tasks - Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
