Job Offer: Full-Time Night Receptionist
We are looking for a full-time night receptionist to join our dynamic team in Siem Reap. If you are a welcoming, organized person with a passion for customer service, this opportunity is for you!
Missions:
Welcome guests with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage guest arrivals and departures.
Inform guests about activities to do in Siem Reap and the Angkor temple.
Answer guests' questions and requests regarding their stay.
Ensure the security and smooth running of the establishment during the night.
Carry out various administrative tasks.
Desired profile:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar position is an asset.
Excellent communication skills in French and English (proficiency in other languages is a plus).
Knowledge of tourist activities in Siem Reap and the Angkor temple.
Ability to work independently and manage emergency situations.
Flexibility to work nights, including weekends and holidays.
