Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled communicator to handle calls and emails related to auctions and logistics follow-ups in the USA. The ideal candidate must have excellent English and strong relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities: Follow up on auction titles and vehicle pick-up status. Coordinate with drivers to arrange car transportation from auctions to the warehouse. Maintain professional and clear communication with auction houses and transport providers. Ensure timely updates and reports to the team. Requirements: ✅ Fluent in English (spoken & written) ✅ Strong communication & follow-up skills ✅ Experience in customer service, logistics, or auctions is a plus ✅ Reliable internet connection & ability to work night shifts
