What would you be doing:
● Responsible for operational aspects of office administration. ● Arrange travel and accommodation for guests and business partners. ● Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company. ● Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so. ● Other tasks as instructed by the Manager from time to time.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
● 1-2 years experience with administration. ● Fluent in speaking, reading & listening English. ● Clear communication with internal as well as external parties with a positive attitude. ● Able to work independently as well as being a team player. ● Good interpersonal skills, willing to learn and enjoy new challenges. ● Experience and knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
