Duties and Responsibilities • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock • Update calendars and schedule meetings • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs • Assist in scheduling and calling candidates Oversee on cleaner to ensure the workplace are cleaned • Coordinate with suppliers on office and maintenance • Other tasks assigned by superior Job Requirements • Female • Bachelor degree in any field that related • At least 1 year working experience in administration • Good at MS. Word/Excel, and Internet & Email • Good at interpersonal and communication skills • Proactive, friendly, honestly, open minded and flexible personality • Be able to work as a team
