Office Leader (Expat): - To assistant SPV for full process of staff Insurance coverage (Health & Accident) - To assistant SPV for full process of all company events - To assistant SPV for full process of all company sport activity - To support Warning request - To Prepare Hotel cooperation quotation - To monitor headcount staff under Company - To organize Training request - To support task assign from SPV Officer Leader (Local): - To Support staff for official letter request - To deal all task related with MOL - To Monitor all function of MOL System (LACMS, FWCMS, SICMS) - To Monitor all latest updated information from MOL - To Monitor all staff Movement report - To Monitor Exit interview report - To support task assign from SPV Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field. - At least 3 year working experience in tasks mention in Job Description - Able to use English and Khmer for communication both speaking and written. - Able to work with foreigner. - Able to work on stress tolerance. - Able to maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments. - Condition Mind: Honest, fair, positive thinking, think deeply, work detail, willing to challenge and respectful. *** Working Condition and Benefits: - 8 Working hour/days - 1 days off per week - Bonus - Annual Salary Increment Review - 1 Meals - living allowance - OT - Seniority Pay - Public Holiday / Annual Leave / sick leave / maternity or paternity leave etc. - NSSF, Health & Accident Insurance - Business trip opportunity
