JOB DESCRIPTION Job title : Officer, Customer Support Centre Department : Card Service Centre Working location : Head Office, Phnom Penh Reporting person : Supervisor Job summary: The Customer Support Centre is responsible for the day-to-day of the Bank’s call centre. Job Responsibilities 1. To support customer on their card payment. 2. Monitoring card and detecting suspicious transaction in order to minimize the fraud occurrence and customer financial lost. 3. Call out to confirm with Customer about their transaction's genuineness. 4. Handle inbound enquiries from customers on banking products and services within SLA 5. Understand customers' needs and provide 1st call resolutions. 6. Solicit customer feedback, identify problem trends and recommend improvement actions. 7. Process waivers within the SLA. 8. Ensure all calls are provided within the agreed Service Quality such as Product knowledge and service delivery Handle inbound enquiries from customers on banking products and services within SLA 9. Ensure compliance to anti-money laundering regulations by ensuring that staff are aware of its policies and procedures and are properly trained. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is required 2. Must be prepared to work on rotating shifts. 3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply 4. Computer literacy i.e. Khmer and English Typing, MS Word, Excel, and Power Point 5. Fluent in speaking and writing English 6. Willing to learn 7.
