Ensure all the marketing events and activities that are approved in the marketing roadmap are successfully implemented with quality and smoothly by the agreed timeline.
What you will do:
· Assist in planning all company marketing event
· Brainstorming the event plans and concepts
· Execute events with stakeholders, other Business Units, and agency
· Monitor and keep marketing expenses within budget
· Work with teams to ensure support event tools (POSM, beverages…) are ready, and media, transportation are well arranged
· Execute events to a high standard whilst integrating brand principles
· Handle post-event reports
· Process documents with internal and external as required
· Assist marketing team as required
What you should have:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
· Minimum 1-year experience in event, marketing, and sales
· Good time management
· Knowledge of event planning and management
