Job Description
This position is responsible to support Unit/Skill Senior Manager on credit product policy and system development for all project under department.
Location
Head Office - Phnom Penh
Duties and Responsibilities
Asist the supervisor to prepare the detail loan product procedure, guideline and application for product rollout or pilot.
Perform system UAT and system guideline to ensure it is well performed as business requirement.
Assist in enhancing or revising the existing credit product to response the market change and to keep these products being competitive and attractive in market demand.
Assist team to prepare plan and deliver training to relevant staff on credit product.
Other tasks as assigned by Senior Unit Manager.
Skills Specifications
Require at least Fresh graduate student in Finance and banking, Economics, or another related field.
Equip with good understanding and knowledge of microfinance and banking products, especially credit products and/or services is a plus.
Good in communication skill and ability to work as a team.
High personal morality and able to work under pressure.
Good English knowledge.
Willingness to travel occasionally to provincial branch office.
