• Operations & Systems: Establish and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service • Project & Launch Management: Lead the execution of new product launches, from managing landing pages and promotional strategies to tracking delivery timelines. • Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and manage remote teams, including social media managers, graphic designers, and customer support. • Sales & Marketing Oversight: Monitor e-Commerce platform performance (e.g., Shopify), oversee digital marketing efforts, and analyze sales data to drive revenue. • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure product quality, cost-efficiency, and on-time inventory replenishment • Metrics & KPIs: Track and report on key performance indicators like customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and profit margins Requirement: • Male or Female , Cambodian • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is typically required. • Minimum of 3 years of management, or business administration. • Strong knowledge of the beauty industry, including current trends and regulatory compliance for cosmetics. • Strong background in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills • Extraordinary attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task, and adjust to frequent change • Prior track record of achievement in sales positions, demonstrating significant accountability
