■ Job Type: Full-time ■ Salary Range: $200 - $400 ■ Work 5.5 d/w: Mon-Sat ■ Work 8 h/d: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM ■ Workplace: #54, St. 388, Toul Svay Prey I, Boeng Keng Kang, Phnom Penh
◉ Responsibilities: ■ Handle all daily orders from clients, confirm ordered items, and enter information into the order form ■ Receive a direct call from the clients and respond to the client's inquiry ■ Follow up with the client with daily orders by mail, call, or SNS of order information ■ Collaborate and communicate with other departments daily ■ Check inventory with the stock controller and purchase to make sure the requested product is available ■ Feedback to clients if there is any updated information about the daily orders ■ Proposal to clients if there are any alternative items or offers which is appropriate to the clients ■ Maintain and enhance the relationship with clients ■ Closely work with the sales & marketing team to receive purchasing orders from the client ■ Verifies the customer information is correct and up-to-date ■ Review orders with accuracy and completion ■ Internal office work support for the Sales and marketing team, daily operation support ■ Additional tasks depending on your characteristics
◉ Qualifications: ■ Eagerness to understand action policy and challenge for fulfillment ■ Imagination and assumption skills when you're working ■ Have a Bachelor's Degree ■ Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet) ■ A good command of English ■ Ability to logical thinking and independence ■ Positive, socialized, and good communication skills ■ Hard-working, self-motivated, and fast learner
◉ Priority: ■ An intermediate/good command of Chinese is an advantage
