Position: Personal & Household Assistant (Male)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 20 hours per week, flexible schedule
Requirements: * Fluent in Khmer * English language skills (fluency preferred) * Must have moto * Simple cooking skills * Positive attitude * Neat, clean, well-groomed appearance * 18+ MALE
Responsibilities: * Daily cleaning of 2 bedroom/3 bathroom condo * Laundry (wash & fold) * Light & simple cooking / meal preparation * Miscellaneous household chores as needed * Drive employer to appointments * Assist with grocery shopping, and other errands * Communicate with delivery services to schedule delivery of items as needed (groceries, housewares, laundry, etc.) * Occasional evening assistance when employers host parties and entertain guests * Possible short-term travel within Cambodia (Siem Reap, Kampot, Battambang, Sihanoukville, Islands)
Job Description: * A busy couple (Western & Khmer) are looking for a part-time house assistant to help with cleaning, cooking, household chores, shopping, and other tasks as needed. You do not need to have previous work experience. The working hours are flexible, so this is an excellent opportunity for a student or someone who has another part-time job. One of the employers does not drive, so you must have a moto to assist with transportation within the city. There is the possibility of accompanying one or both of the employers on short trips within Cambodia. Fluency in Khmer and English is strongly preferred, however the employers are willing to work with someone who is an English language learner. You must be male and at least 18 years old. You must have a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
Salary and Benefits: * $120.00 per month (20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, flexible) * $10.00 monthly travel allowance * $10.00 monthly meal allowance * 13th-Month Annual Bonus * Holiday Leave: * New Year’s Day * Khmer New Year * Pchum Benh * Water Festival * Annual Leave: 5 days per year * Sick Leave: 5 days per year * Emergency Leave: 2 days per year
