Pestlab Exterminator Phnom Penh is hiring a future technician team leader.
Opportunity to become a flying team leader in
6 months training
Salary package after 6 months around $450 +

Job description:
Providing pest control treatments on different customer places.
Working with a team of 2 or 3 people.
Learn, apply and respect our company pest control techniques, process and rules.
Based in Phnom Penh but being mobile at anytime to go to help in Siem Reap or Kampot when needed.
Going at customer places with other staff and provide pest control services.
SALARY, TERMS and CONDITIONS
- 1st Month: $260 basic salary + food allowance = package around $330
- 2ndMonth: $260 basic salary + food allowance + $30 mobility bonus = package around $360
- 3rd Month: $260 basic salary + food allowance + $30 mobility bonus = package around $360
- 4th Month: $260 basic salary + food allowance + $30 responsibility bonus + $30 mobility bonus = package around $390
- 5th Month: $300 basic salary + food allowance + $30 responsibility bonus + $30 mobility bonus = package around $430
- 6th Month Team leader (after test) $360 basic salary + food allowance + $30 responsibility bonus + $30 mobility flying bonus = package around $480
- 3-month probation period
- Every OT paid
- Work 5 days and half per week (From Monday to Saturday morning).
- Responsibility bonus after 3-month probation
- Every public holiday off or paid 200%
- 18 annual leaves per year
- Food and logging paid by the company during working travel
Our company offer high standards pest control services.
We install mosquito traps and provide solutions against different pests.
