Project Coordinator| Manager

A Project Coordinator/Manager oversees the management of our company’s projects and deliverables for one or more clients. They are responsible for monitoring project progress, delegating tasks, and serving as the primary liaison between the client and the company’s departments involved in project delivery. Job Description: • Understand client needs and identify how our business and services can effectively meet those requirements. • Serve as a primary point of contact with clients, gathering detailed information about project scope, budgets, and timelines. • Collaborate with executives to align client project goals, track progress, and evaluate outcomes, while developing budgets and schedules. • Lead and oversee a team to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery of services that meet client standards. • Facilitate effective communication between departments and clients to ensure smooth project execution. • Address and resolve client complaints or internal team concerns, while managing negotiations when necessary. • Notify the Finance team when quotes are approved, projects are completed, and invoices are ready for processing. • Stay up-to-date on the company’s products and services to provide accurate and informed support.
Skills & Qualifications: • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Khmer and English. • Proven ability to understand client needs and effectively navigate the negotiation process. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office; familiarity with project management tools such as Trello is an advantage. • Be able to work under pressure.
