Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent stakeholder coordination skills, and a solid understanding of financial reporting—especially managing actual vs. budget performance. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining clear communication with owners, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate construction projects from planning to handover. • Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders including the owner/client, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. • Monitor financial performance—track actual vs. budget costs and address variances. • Solve technical issues and ensure construction quality meets standards. • Manage schedules, procurement, site logistics, and risk mitigation plans. • Drive effective communication and teamwork across all levels of the project.
Requirements: • 3-5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. • Strong technical knowledge of civil, structural, and MEP systems. • Proven skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Bonus If you have: • PMP or other project management certifications. • Experience with commercial, residential, or industrial projects. • Strong leadership in fast-paced construction environments.
