• Coordinate with projects team and contractors to make sure that units are ready and match quality standards before completion. • Inspect ready units along with the customer during home orientation in the final stages of handover and make sure that a detailed snagging is carried out and follow up with projects team to see if the work is completed. • Assist customers in final payments, Land, house, Condo Unit to customer service. • Handle all communications to customers by updating them on the completion dates, and assist to inform payment schedules and project construction updates. • Assist customers along with the maintenance and quality assurance team in defect liability period. • Handle all related issues and responsible for answering all incoming calls, resident questions and handling daily mail. • Attends site visits for the upcoming projects in order to be able to respond efficiently to customer queries. • Attends weekly staff meetings and proactively raises issues for group discussions and information sharing. • Completes assigned tasks within given deadlines.
