Tenant Management: - Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their needs and resolving any issues. - Handle tenant inquiries, lease agreements, move-ins, and move-outs. - Enforce lease agreements, handle tenant complaints, and manage disputes. - Oversee the process of tenant selection, including tenant screenings and background checks. 2. Property Maintenance: - Coordinate regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs to keep the property in good condition. - Hire and supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors for various services (cleaning, landscaping, etc.). - Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests. - Ensure compliance with building safety codes and regulations. 3.
