Responsibility • Assist Director in general Administration work and other business-related assignments. • Ordering stock, stock control • Prepare Quotation, Purchase Order, Purchase Request, Invoice, Receipts, Payment Request • Manage Stock Inventory, control stock in & out • Prepare contracts, letters to customers • Communicate with customers/suppliers/ government officials • Prepare miscellaneous tasks eg, copy, scan and filling for General Manager when required. Job Requirements •Bachelor in Marketing &Communications or Relevant filed •At least 6months working experience •Good organization skill and preparation •Enjoy working with people with warm and outgoing personality •Ability to work under pressure •Be flexible, teamwork, influencing and negotiation •Be patient, hardworking, honestly, independent and flexible, integrities and strong commitment. •Good written, spoken English •Knowledge in MS. Office ( Word, Excel and Email )
