* PROCUREMENT:
• Source the quotation related to new product
• Managing purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
• Negotiating contracts and pricing to meet budgetary goals.
• Supervising a team of procurement staff to follow the procedure
• Train the subordinates’ skills relevant to their jobs.
• Establish prevention measure for emergency
• monitor all the document proper record
• Prepare material receipt and material issue and check technical standard by trademarks etc.
* LOGISTICS:
• Monitor procurement& Logistic staff to follow procedures for cooperation and logistics.
• source the forwarder
• coordinate with forwarder on import and export document
• Supervising the logistics team and coordinating shipments, deliveries, and transportation.
• Developing strategies to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.
• Coordinating with suppliers, distributors to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
* WAREHOUSE:
• Managing inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Stock / Inventory management
• supervising warehouse staff, scheduling shifts, and monitoring performance.
• Optimizing space and workflow for better efficiency
• Tracking and reporting warehouse staff on key performance metrics.
• conduct the procedure training to warehouse staff
• conduct annual physical count
Delivery
• Check and monitor the driver task
• monitor the car maintenance
• assign the task for driver team leader
