Functions & responsibilities: 1. Purchase RM requested by RM Stock Controller and Production Team 2. Prepare and process petty cash, cash advancement, cash transaction with accounting team 3. Build a good relation with various vendors/ suppliers and prepare purchasing contract if necessary 4. Looking for new suppliers and negotiate for the best price 5. Organize logistics and ensure all requested RM sent to factory on time 6. Update and administer purchasing file and data in an appropriate manner 7. Follow up and spot-check market price periodically 8. Assist in reception of RM: count, control the quality hand to hand with QC team and store based on FIFO (First-In First-Out) 9. Assist in RM record Stock cards / Store hard copy of production documents 10. Support and Inform to Purchasing Manger on unusual stock difference. 11. Assisting in the preparation of the RM to be extracted from the stock accordingly with request from Production team and respecting FIFO policy. 12. Ensure a perfect organization, cleanliness & safety of the stock room and the products. 13. Perform other tasks assigned by Manager Qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or other relevant field  Some experiences in purchasing role is preferred  Good communication and negotiation skills  Be honest, detailed oriented, and hardworking  Be able to keep confidential with a spirit of integrity  Be able to work in team and independent with good organization  Be able to work under pressure  Good at Microsoft Office: Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Internet and E-mail  Be able to communicate in English Code of Conduct:  Keep a good presentation and express his/her behavior and appearance seriousness  Be industrial and helpful  Be polite and friendly  Honesty and loyalty  Oversee the good working environment  Work independent and confidential
