Quality Assurance Executive - Battambang Province

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - To act as a customer to do mystery shopping to get insights into agent performance. - To spot-check new agents onboarding to ensure agents are qualified with True Money product and service knowledge, and comply with policies, training, and other POSM. - To ensure the completion of a new replacement for the refunded agent location. - To conduct market research on new and existing agents to discover the pain points, and provide the solutions to meet their specific needs. - Providing accurate records of visit activities, agent interaction, and market insights. - Working closely with the Sales & Distribution team to ensure alignment on sales strategies and agent performance. - Assist other ad hoc projects that the line manager assigns.
REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s Degree in sales or marketing management, FMCG Business preferred - At least 2 years of proven field management experience in Financial/Business execution. - Ability to interact with business partners (Agency) professionally and ethically with the proper supporting document. - Good teamwork, and demonstrates intellectual curiosity. - Good knowledge of software documentation (Agency’s system and user’s application), standards, and best practices. - Ability to travel in the rotating assigned area where business is required.
