Responsibilities -Cost estimation: Calculate the cost of materials, labor, and time for a project -Budgeting: Create budgets and forecasts for project costs -Contract management: Prepare contracts and bills of quantities, and negotiate contracts and schedules -Risk management: Identify and respond to commercial risks, and advise on contractual claims -Quality assurance: Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulations -Subcontractor management: Allocate work to subcontractors and oversee their work -Financial reporting: Analyze outcomes and provide progress reports -Dispute resolution: Assist in resolving disputes between parties involved in the project -Release quotation for customers -Check sites and evaluate the process of working -Finalized and sum the work result of each projects
