Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties: • Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, or respond to inquiries as appropriate. • Maintain visitor logs and monitor guest access in compliance with building security protocols. • Schedule appointments and assist with meeting room bookings. • Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk and lobby area. Cashier Duties: • Collect management fees, and other payments from residents or tenants. • Issue receipts and maintain accurate payment records using property management software. • Reconcile daily cash and prepare cash deposit reports. • Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to front-desk transactions. • Ensure compliance with financial and accounting policies and procedures. Administrative Support: • Maintain up-to-date tenant records and contact information. • Assist in the preparation and distribution of notices, announcements, and correspondence. • Support leasing and move-in/move-out processes as needed. • Help coordinate with maintenance staff regarding resident requests or complaints. Qualifications: • Bachelor Degree or equivalent; additional training in office administration or accounting is a plus. • Proven experience in a customer service, receptionist, or cashier role (preferably in real estate or property management). • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with property management software is an advantage. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented and highly organized. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
