VE Cambodia (Pharmaceutical) is looking for the potential candidates for Regulatory Affairs Assistant
To support Regulatory Affairs Manager task, in accordance with the Company’s business objectives and company’s policy.
Responsibilities:
• Products Registration, Advertising and Variations
o Submission documents to ministry of health.
o Follow up approval from ministry of health.
o Prepare documents for submission to ministry of health follow regulation.
o Scanning files and tracking document after submission to ministry of health.
• Pharmaceutical responsibility
o As backup, act as regulatory affairs manager of Pharmaceutical Responsibility is in charge of:
o Translate document, design artwork of brochure
o Assist to supervisor coordinate and product complaint.
o Assist for Pharmaceutical Responsibility of quality documentation and management
o Assist for Product Quality Complaints and suspected falsified products
o Assist for Batch Recall (BR)
o Assist for Regulatory Affair (RA)
o Assist for Advertising support
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in a regulatory affair with health sector or similar role
• Good English communication skills
• Professional approach to all aspects of the job.
• Good relationship with officers at the several departments of ministry of health.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Energy, enthusiasm and commitment.
• Hardworking, proactiveness, and ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to pay meticulous attention to detail while maintaining overall objectives.
