PROFILE NEEDED • Skilled in retail supervision • Organized, motivating, and happy to share skills with young trainees • Proactive and strong communicator • Skilled in Microsoft Office and POS systems • Able to communicate clearly in English and Khmer language RESPONSIBILITIES • Grow sales and keep clear records • Organize stock, check product levels, and keep prices and displays clear • Learn well about the products and make sure popular items are always available • Help the team understand the products • Support trainees in a clear and respectful way • Help customers in a professional and timely way WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS • 6 days per week, with flexible hours (including evenings and weekends) • Yearly fund for child health costs + Child Day Care • Free meals during shifts • Plus, all mandatory benefits: NSSF, Pension Fund, seniority, paid leave
