Industrial: Construction The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. The Sales and Marketing manager will also manage both the marketing and the sales team and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operations goals. Job Descriptions: I. Sales Tasks: - Support to develop business action plan and sale strategy to achieve company goals. - Develop and lead sale and marketing team that will develop and execute new project market. - Monitor and control sale team performance through daily, weekly and monthly. - Set company's products costing and selling price and control products selling in the market. - Work closely with technical department and precast products factory in order to develop products to be standard and market accepted. - Build relation with customers and construction companies to support products for their projects needed. - Keep good relation with local and international constructions companies in order to get some update information of the project and selling precast products. - Schedule appointment customers all the provinces in Cambodia. - Team work with precast factory to spot check some materiel costs every 3months and compare with current market's price of product in order to control selling price. - Prepare schedule of working time and shift time with precast factory to support customer's requirement. II. Marketing Tasks: - Develop and manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department. - Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. - Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities. - Oversee the company’s marketing budget. - Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans. - Performing other tasks assigned by DBM & General Manager. Job Requirements: - Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Admin or other relevant certificates. - At least 5-year experience in Sales and Marketing (In Construction industry would be advantage). - Good in both written and spoken English. - Proficient in Ms. Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook). - Strong analytical and project management skills. - Confident and dynamic personality. - Strong ability to lead, train and motivate team members to achieve targets. - Can manage multiple projects and prioritize on tight deadlines.
