Sale Executive

Job Description: • Create and execute a comprehensive sales plan aligned with company goals. • Working with staff members, management, or an ad agency to establish and meet project goals, budgets, and timelines • Set sales targets and analyze market trends and competition. • Organize and oversee sales activities, identify and target new market opportunities. • Ensure sales targets are met and provide regular reports on sales performance. • Manage and develop the sales and marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals. • To do other jobs as required by the company Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, preferably within the advertising, construction, or design industries. • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant field management experience may be preferred. • Understanding of design and marketing principles and techniques • Decisiveness and strong problem-solving skills, especially under pressure and tough situation • Ability to develop and maintain working relationships. • Solid sales and presentation skills. • Ability to use advance Ms excel, Ms Word, Ms Powerpoint - Ability to communicate in English, and others
