Category Strategy and Brand Management * Work with the Senior Manager, Brand Activation to develop the go to market strategy for CoA Cambodia’s marketing pillars that meet both short- and long-term business goals. This would include planning and management of CoA Cambodia’s marketing budgets. * Align with APAC brand vision to shape the strategic and execution of Cambodia’s marketing communications * Own marketing narrative by balancing brand and product stories, ensuring integration and consistency in storytelling channels Understand the local consumer behavior and industry trends to be applied to all marketing initiatives and launch plans * Be able to connect APAC’s vision with local plans to deliver what works for the market * Ensure that the local distributor (Harman partner) understands the overall organization marketing strategy with successful implementation Day to day communication with local distributor to have first-hand information on their marketing activations to maximize efficiencies 2. Product strategy and development * Understand Harman’s global & regional strategy and identify growth areas * Plan and execution of local product strategy * Execution of channel marketing activity to educate consumer to understand the value and benefit of Harman products * Introduction and business expansion of new categories and new brands 3. Sellout management * Monitor and analysis of Sellout and inventory of distributor * Monitor and analysis of Sellout of key retailers * Plan action for key models based on analysis to achieve sales target
