• At least 5-year working experiences in sale, management, preferable in construction sector. • Creative ideas of marketing, sales techniques and concepts. • Ability to meet sales targets and production goals. • Good at communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. • Good sense of leadership supervisory and coaching skills. • Good command in English & Khmer both written and spoken. • Knowledge in computer programs, MS office, PowerPoint, Email & Internet. • Be able to work in the field including weekends. • Dynamic, hands-on and committed to work long hours to deliver results • Have good leadership skills • Ability to work independently and yet be a team player • Can be contactable after work hours and weekends • Excellent time management and organizational ability to ensure all task assigned and deliverables are completed as per the timeline; or earlier • Collaboration work with teams of all levels
