Duties and Responsibilities: _ Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives. Lead and manage the sales team, including recruiting, training, and mentoring. _ Monitor sales performance and take steps to address underperformance. _ Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through the sales process. _ Coordinate with marketing to promote new vehicles and special deals. _ Set monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and goals for the dealership. _ Monitor inventory and collaborate with other departments to manage stock and orders. _ Develop relationships with manufacturers and suppliers. _ Conduct regular sales meetings to keep the team updated on objectives and new product information. Salary depend on work experience.
