The Sales Supervisor will oversee the sales operations, manage a team of sales representatives, and ensure the achievement of sales targets within the lottery industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the lottery or gaming sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share in the lottery industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role, preferably in the lottery, gaming, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of lottery products, sales processes, and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Education:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
