Responsibility:
- Lead and manage a team of 3-5 members
- Train and coach sales team to equip with product knowledge
- Supervise sales team to generate sales and oversee sales operation
- Meet customers and maintain good relationship
- Lead by example conducting outbound sales meeting via presentation or consultation
- Follow-up prospective customer on demo trading
- Negotiate and close sales
- Managing team’s pipeline sales report and evaluating the report
- Join internal meeting on weekly and monthly
- Help invite customers to join seminar and event
- Do other tasks assign by the line managers?
Requirement:
- At least 1-year experience in leading team or similar role
- Previous experience any Senior sales officer role is highly encourage to apply
- Experience in Forex sales is a plus (No experience in Forex sale is also encourage to apply)
- Good at leadership, management, communication, negotiating and listening
- Highly self-motivative person with organizational skill
- Good at sales consultation and presentation
- Customer service and customer relationship management
- Able to use excel is a plus
- A can-do and positive attitude
- Can write and speak English is a plus
