Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing teams and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and marketing strategy within the media industry. I. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets 2. Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. 4. Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals. 6. Prepare and present detailed sales and marketing reports to senior management. 7. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels. II. Requirement 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role 3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and marketing targets. 4. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to build and maintain client and partner relationships. 6. Strategic thinker with a keen eye for market trends and audience insights. III.
