Company Overview: ALPHA International Corporation, established in 2004, is Business Consulting firm. We are poised to expand into the Health Supplement and Cosmetics Products, sourcing premium products from Japan. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to spearhead our sales and marketing efforts for this new venture. Position Summary: Sales & Marketing Manager position will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of ALPHA International Corporation’s new Health Supplement and Cosmetics division. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to increase market share, build brand awareness, and achieve sales targets in the Cambodian market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both the local market dynamics and the health and beauty industry, along with the ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders and drive results through innovative marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: + Sales • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for health supplements and cosmetics. • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive product distribution across key channels (modern trade, pharmacies, retail stores, online platforms, etc.). • Create a strong pipeline of potential clients and manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing. • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine and adjust sales strategies accordingly. • Report on sales performance, track KPIs, and recommend corrective actions when necessary. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and business partners. • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all clients are supported and their needs are met promptly. • Develop loyalty programs and customer retention strategies to build long-term relationships with end-users and channel partners. + Marketing • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the health supplements and cosmetics products. • Develop brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategies to establish a premium brand presence in the Cambodian market. • Collaborate with the product development team and international partners (particularly from Japan) to ensure marketing and branding efforts align with global quality standards and product characteristics. • Organize and manage marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to drive product awareness and customer acquisition. • Plan and execute events, trade shows, and promotions to engage with distributors, retailers, and end consumers. + Team Leadership & Collaboration • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team. • Coordinate closely with other departments, including logistics, finance, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies. • Report directly to the General Manager with detailed insights into performance, market developments, and growth opportunities. • Other tasks assigned by management. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Male or female candidates are welcome; however, priority will be given to male candidates. • Age: 25 to 40 (or up to 45) • At least 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in the health supplements, cosmetics, or FMCG industries. • In-depth understanding of the Cambodian market and consumer behavior, especially in the health, beauty, or wellness sectors. • Strong sales experience and ability to develop and execute sales strategies that lead to revenue growth. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proven leadership ability with experience managing cross-functional teams. • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook, IG, TikTok and other social media tools). • Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoints), internet and email. • Fluency in English and Khmer (both written and spoken).
