1. Assist with daily sales activities. 2. Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices. 3. Maintain and update customer records. 4. Schedule meetings between clients and the sales team. 5. Prepare sales reports and presentations. 6. Maintain an organized filing system. 7. Assist in organizing sales events and meetings. 8. Support administrative tasks. Requirement: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 2. Maximum 1+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, or secretary. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 4. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 5.
