I. តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ/Main Duties and Responsibilities (please enclose JD, if any)
- Assist and support sales outdoor on customer inquiry relate to order fulfillment documentation aspect
- Develop & maintain relationships with customers to collect new orders
- Communicate, coordinate, and verify sales orders between sales and operation team
- Issue daily quotation for customers
- Provide information to customers about the status of their shipment
-Monitor and follow up customers to settle payment
- Prepare monthly report presentation to line Manager
- Performs other related duties as assigned by line Manager
II. Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in management of business administration is plus
• Strong achiever in a target-driven role.
• Entrepreneurial Mind-set.
• 5 Year & above experience in Business development work in Cambodia
• In-depth knowledge of Sales & Marketing techniques and best practices.
• Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
• Computer literacy and English language proficiency
• Good knowledge of communication skill and customer focus.
• Strong time management and result oriented.
• Outgoing personality, confidence, hard working with positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Desire to go extra and beyond responsibilities
