Range salary for start working $350 - $450 You will be responsible for the effective performance on Sales Adminisitrative Officer under job descriptions and job requirements as below:" I. Job descriptions - Work accordance with Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA). - Arrange SPA for buyers. - Notify buyers on Condo Unit Handover Process including, unit handover Payment, defect form, schedule payment following SPA. - Send monthly billing payment to National and international buyers via Outlook and telegram - Follow up buyers on payment status related to Unit Condo Instalment, Strata Title, Master tittles via Outlook and Telegram - Update daily task and prepare report - Other tasks as assigned by Head Sales Administrator. II. Job Responsibilities - Bachelor’s degree preferred with related real estate, sales admin, business administration or any related field at least 1 year experience. - Must be able to communicate in English, knowingr Chinese is preferable - Must be able to use Microsoft office especially know how to use Microsoft power point, word and excel. The project is finally completed ahead of the schedule and issue to handover over to its buyers from August 2023 onwards.
