*Salary Range Negotiable* 1- Job summary The Auto Loan Sales and Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in growing auto loan sales and enhancing our online presence. You will learn to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies, manage social media channels, and provide excellent customer service throughout the loan application process. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. 2- Responsibilities and Duties Digital Marketing: ● Create engaging content: Develop and post content for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. ● Support Facebook ad campaigns: Assist in creating and managing Facebook advertising campaigns. ● Manage social media presence: Help maintain active and engaging profiles on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. ● Explore digital channels: Learn about and assist with managing different online channels to reach customers. ● Track campaign performance: Help monitor and analyze the success of digital marketing campaigns using basic metrics. Sales and Customer Service: ● Gather customer contact info: Collect contact details from potential customers via social media and online channels. ● Explain loan process: Clearly explain the loan application steps and required documents to customers. ● Provide application updates: Follow up on loan requests and keep customers informed about their application status. ● Address customer questions: Answer customer questions and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience. ● Assist customers with loan applications: Help customers navigate the loan application process and overcome any challenges. 3- Requirement ✔ Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. ✔ A strong interest in digital marketing, including social media, content creation, and online advertising. ✔ Willingness to learn about auto loan products and the sales process. ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ✔ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. ✔ Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus. ✔ Good English proficiency, both written and spoken.
